LEADERSHIP PROJECT - "WE ALL HAVE A STORY TO TELL"

All the courses in this program were impactful to me, but one of the most impactful, and rewarding, was "Leadership and Storytelling".  I experienced heartbreaking stories of sacrificial love, humorous stories of companionship, and encouraging stories of life's journeys.  I walked away from this course knowing that EVERYBODY has a story to tell, and as leaders, it is incumbent on us to listen to them, and leverage each individual's story to leverage the success of the team.  This Leadership Project provides the reader with a colorful variety of stories that I have gathered from friends, family, classmates and co-workers.  More stories will be added to the blog as I continue to seek and learn the individual stories of those who I love and work with.
