ORGL 605 - Imagine, Create, Lead

My first immersion course in the ORGL program gave me an opportunity for my first on-campus university experience in over 30 years.  Over a three-day period, I was able to meet face to face with peers that I would maintain relationships with throughout this program and I experienced first hand the campus of Gonzaga University, its staff and faculty, and its resources including the Foley Library.  These were resources that would be utilized throughout the ORGL program.

The course emphasized creativity in leadership, using the phrase “seeing and seeing again”.  As a class, we delved deep in an analysis of the creative process, using it to enhance our own creative processes as leaders.

This course, along with ORGL 600, tapped into the founder of the Jesuits - St. Ignatius of Loyola for the imaginative process.

Our final project integrated and synthesized our learnings of the creative process and for described leadership and transformation.  How do we transform and what drives that transformation?  For me, that answer was provided in my final project.

The representative artifact for ORGL 605 Imagine Create Lead is my final project " Family, Faith, Leadership = Transformation".
